About The Role
As the Lounge Manager for our Plato's Lounge in Atlantis The Palm, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent guest service and managing all areas of full service within the restaurant, including but not limited to training and retaining an excellent team, managing the team, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, and running shifts. You will also play a crucial part in teaching and learning for the team, as well as sanitation, safety and cleanliness, whilst also adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Other key parts of this role will in include driving service excellence and guest satisfaction daily, developing a guest database to increase returning guests, continuously seek ways to improve the guest experience and service standards, and ensure all guest feedback is compiled and discussed with an action plan for continual improvement. You will also analyse guest feedback and put together action plans to enhance guests experience and attend and/or host daily briefings and team meetings, whilst also actively participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions and solving problems, and ensure execution of agreed action plans.
About You
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role, working within a luxury restaurants or lobby lounge, within a 5* hotel. You will have experience handling direct P&L responsibilities and have managed a team of F&B professionals within a similar environment.
You will also have a firm understanding of a lobby lounge environment and have a proven track records of working within this environment, understanding the customer experience and prioritising their needs to meet the company service standards.
