Assist in implementing the MarCom strategies and business plans, working with the full MarCom team. Primarily, measure, manage and analyze marketing performance to maximize its effectiveness.
Co-manage the Marcom budget #OR# (assuring the marketing and communication activities are within the designated budget per each channel) #AND/OR# (Co-manage the MarCom budget with clear analysis of Cost of Sales for the Marketing activities)
Responsible for the execution of approved marketing and communication plans, including advertising (below or above the line), branding and brand management, PR, Intellectual Property, Customer Retention, Social Media Monitoring and Reporting, as well as partnerships
Exploit the marketing strategy and plans, recognizing and measuring the desired results and impact.
Identify and target the relevant audience through the appropriate marketing and communication channels.
Regularly review the achieved marketing initiatives against plan, proposing relevant propositions, solutions, action plans, etc. commensurate to the business requirements
Working closely with the business teams to understand specific requirements, future plans, and ensure the marketing and communication activities are aligned and in support of these requirements.
Assist in developing, and effecting the MarCom processes, including proper documentation of policies and procedures.
Lead the communication strategy for the different products or brands, delivering first class marketing activities (360, ATL, BTL, etc.), in addition to calendar and budget approved plans.
Exploit the marketplace through social media and digital marketing to get reliable and meaningful data, analyze the data and recommend actions or initiatives to maximize the achievement of the marketing strategies for the company and its products.
Consistently develop and present propositions to ensure high interaction by the target audience in the community, ensuring customers following to the target brands
Assist in conceptualizing and managing the appropriate content required to achieve the marketing strategies.
