Responsiblities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events to promote EDB's banking products.
Create a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with EDB's mission and values.
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and optimize marketing spend and performance based on insights.
Collaborate with agencies to enhance marketing communications.
Engage with business and product teams to create marketing initiatives that support growth.
Ensure all marketing communications are on-brand and launch innovative campaigns.
Lead the budgeting process for marketing initiatives and manage budget utilization.
Increase engagement levels across all social media platforms.
Develop and oversee marketing materials, including advertising and sales collateral.
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to inform future strategies.
Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with content creators and influencers to enhance brand reach.
Monitor brand performance and respond to feedback and issues promptly.
Manage merchandising requirements and ensure adherence to visual standards.
Integrate technology and digital solutions into marketing efforts.
Maintain cost control across all designated projects while ensuring quality.
