Job Description
As a Sales Operations Manager, she/he is responsible to Manage and monitor the sales operation team (Monitor and control all day-to-day sales operations activities, ensure all transaction are in accordance with Company Sales Procedure. She/he is responsible to support the sales team for day to day transactions and making sure all documents are completed by them.

Bachelor s degree or 5+ relevant work experience.
1. Monitor and control complete sales cycle.
2. Control Inventory & availability to facilitate in booking process.
3. Manage Reservation cancellation / Sales cancellation process, analyze most recurring causes of cancellations & provide suggestions to improve sales performance
4. Refund Amount Process Management policy & monitor each request progress until it s completed
5. Contracts Management: monitor track of each contract to ensure all contracts are being processed as per company policy & Maintain contract records.
6. Master Inventory Management (Monitor & control the booking Status, Unit block / unblock, release / unrelease).
7. Operations / Reporting Management: Support team in daily sales progress & provide periodical progress report to management.
8. Team Management: support team in daily operations activities & motivate team members to maintain healthy work environment & highest productivity result.
9. Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools related to the operation area
10. Real Estate Agents: monitor & manage all broker s contracts to be active in system.
11. Monitor file archiving system & all documentation is organized as per procedure.
12. Customers. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
13. Other Departments requesting actions.
14. Lead the operations of the department as assigned, whilst effectively leading and guiding members of senior management as well as building and sharing a strategic vision that others can aspire and commit to
15. Establish the required performance standards within the department, ensuring effective cascading to respective teams and management of adherence to them
16. Supervise and review performance of individuals in the team
17. Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the division s strategy, annual goals and objectives
