Job Summary:
The Manager of Operational Technology Project Management Office (OT - PMO) with a focus on Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of cybersecurity projects within the operational technology domain. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity project management processes.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on operational technology security
Language:
English is must, Arabic is preferable.
Certifications: Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC

Qualification:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on operational technology security.
- Previous experience managing cybersecurity projects or leading a cybersecurity PMO is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of OT systems, protocols, and security principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cybersecurity projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Project Leadership: Lead and direct a team of project managers and specialists in the planning and execution of cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems.
- Portfolio Management: Manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational cybersecurity objectives and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication among internal stakeholders, including IT security teams, OT operations, engineering, and external cybersecurity partners.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with OT systems, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical assets and infrastructure.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices, such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISA/IEC 62443.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that cybersecurity projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve cybersecurity project management processes and methodologies within the OT - PMO, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices.
- Vendor and Third-Party Management: Collaborate with external cybersecurity vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the timely delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to cybersecurity project team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in OT cybersecurity.
