Principal Accountabilities:
Assist in maintaining the Bank's Stress Testing and ICAAP framework, methodologies, and documentation.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support Stress Testing and ICAAP activities.
Prepare RMCC/BRCC presentations for the ICAAP methodology endorsement and approval of the ICAAP document
Address all action points (CBUAE, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.) related to Stress Testing/ICAAP.
Provide support for the development, maintenance, and validation of Stress Testing and ICAAP models.
Maintain documentation and Model inventory for all Pillar II/Stress Testing models
Perform model monitoring/back-testing of all Pillar II/Stress Testing models as per the schedules agreed with Model Oversight Committee
Address data and information requests for Internal/ External audit reviews of Stress Testing/ICAAP
Contribute to the development and analysis of stress testing scenarios
Run quarterly Pillar II/ Credit Sensitivity analyses for management committee submissions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to ICAAP and Stress Testing
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including risk owners, business units, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
10+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a related field
Experience With ICAAP Or Stress Testing Methodologies Is Preferred
Basic understanding of credit risk processes, accounting principles and Basel guidelines
