Its residential communities in Dubailand include The Villa, Al Waha, Serena, Villanova, Mudon, and Remraam, while projects around the Dubai Creek within Jaddaf Waterfront include Dubai Wharf and Manazel Al Khor.

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Services to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee the drafting, review, and management of various contracts and agreements, including but not limited to vendor contracts, partnerships, and client agreements, to ensure streamlined and efficient contract management processes.
  • Ensure that all contracts align with legal requirements and internal policies and that they are accurately documented and filed, guaranteeing legal compliance and comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with internal and external parties to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that all contracts are favorable and protective of the organization's interests.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to resolve any legal compliance issues and mitigate risks, maintaining a proactive approach to legal matters.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all investor and contractual activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference and audits, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Generate and present regular reports on investor services and contract management activities to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate informed decision-making based on data and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and business development, to align investor services and contract management activities with overall business objectives, ensuring synergy among departments and strategic alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information to enhance investor relations, fostering trust and positive investor experiences.
  • Collaborate with the investor services team to ensure timely and accurate distribution of financial statements, reports, and other investor-related communications, maintaining punctual and accurate investor interactions.
  • Implement and maintain a robust investor management system to facilitate efficient communication and reporting, ensuring the streamlined management of investor relationships and information.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the commercial industry and ensure the department's activities are in full legal compliance, mitigating legal risks and fostering adherence to industry standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field; Master's degree or legal qualification- preferred
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years in experience in investor services, contract management, and legal compliance within the commercial industry.
  • Understanding of legal frameworks and Strong knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements in the commercial sector.
  • Knowledgeable on local laws and regulations of UAE.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with investors, internal teams, and external parties.
  • Exceptional negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compliance monitoring
