Job Responsibilities:
Craft a detailed social media strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) with clear goals, target audiences, and KPIs in alignment with the overall destination strategy.
Work with the agency to plan and implement monthly content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and key events in The Red Sea.
Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategy based on performance data and emerging trends.
Create and curate engaging, shareable content for various social media platforms.
Utilize multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics to enhance content impact.
Develop social media content that are consistent with the destination's brand identity.
Create consistent, inspirational, informative, engage and meaningful content on all social media platforms, that might include writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Source and curate user-generated content to enhance authenticity and community involvement.
Actively monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally using destination TOV to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to build strong relationships and encourage interaction.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues through social media, coordinating with customer service as needed.
Work with the Influencer Management team to identify and build relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and industry partners who align with the brand's image and values.
Support in the coordination of influencer campaigns and collaborations, including contract negotiations, content guidelines, and performance tracking.
Monitor and share influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize social media efforts.
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content innovative and relevant.
Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand industry standards, identify opportunities, and differentiate the Red Sea destination from competitors.
Experiment with new content formats and social media features to engage audiences in fresh and exciting ways.
Collaborate with internal teams, including destination marketing, PR, and travel trade, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media to amplify reach and impact.
Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting strategies, and ad performance to maximize ROI.
Monitor all incoming brand mentions and raise the issue when something concerning comes to the related parties.
Monitor employee social media activity to ensure no leaks are coming from the inside, and ensure said leaks are managed.
