To work on providing insights into business problems and providing sound strategy and solutions, and driving projects using relevant data and analytics towards implementation
- Work on a business problem, owning multiple workstreams (or the entire project) and manage the respective stakeholders
- Manage the project on a day-to-day basis, adhering to the timelines and progressing the project to plan and be accountable for the project deliverables
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analysis, insights and solutions that inform strategy development and critical business decisions
- Outline the relevant data requirements and identify sources - either from the internal sources or through secondary research (through interviews, discussions with relevant stakeholders or industry experts, reports etc.) and be responsible for the data collection (either independently or with help from other junior team members)
- Develop framework and build hypothesis to approach a problem in a structured manner, test hypothesis by analyzing and drawing clear conclusions from the data gathered and develop actionable and fact-based recommendations
- Present insights and conclusions confidently and meaningfully to project lead and concept/function stakeholders
- Build and deliver high impact presentations or own specific sections within a larger presentation to communicate your findings to the stakeholders
- Validate and drive acceptance of the recommendations, facilitate the implementation of the recommendations and support regular progress reviews, tracking and reporting of business benefits / impact delivered
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Landmark concepts (e.g Max, Homecentre, Splash etc.) and functions (e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Supply chain etc.) and establish trust-based relationships with them to drive business improvements
- Work with senior team members in putting together project proposals covering approach, project plan, resource requirements etc.
- Manage and mentor junior team members (if and as needed) on the project
Requirements
- Masters degree with 4 -6 years of work experience from top tier colleges/Universities
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills, ideally well conversant in excel modelling
Salary
- AED 20,000 to AED 22,000 + Benefits
