Your responsibilities:
- Managing the portfolio of cross-functional sustainability initiatives such as carbon footprint reduction, waste management.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge on new Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) reporting obligations (e.g. TCFD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, etc.).
- Preparation and implementation of compliant reporting including the oversight and coordination of the double materiality assessment.
- Managing, coordinating and ensuring the implementation of processes, procedures and control mechanisms for monitoring and controlling the ESG material topic areas integrating them into corporate strategy.
- Overseeing and ensuring the data collection, analysis, calculation and interpretation of ESG related data especially for the Corporate Responsibility Report (CSR).
- Managing sustainability questionnaires such as CDP and on-demand specific questionnaires from major customers.
- Ensuring responsible business conduct into Autoneum's policies, procedures and management systems.
- Developing mapping and digital risk assessment tools for ESG.
- Supporting the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to track progress towards ESG targets.
Your qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, ESG or similar.
- Professional experience in Manufacturing Industry is an important prerequisite. Good knowledge of the automotive and the supplier industry is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in ESG management, sustainability, reporting and corporate governance in an international company. Alternatively, experience in project management in a global matrix organization.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards and reporting guidelines and experience in implementing sustainability requirements or strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
- High degree of self-motivation and perseverance.
- Strong solution and services orientation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage.
- Business Travel up to 20% periodically.
