Our client is an international investment holding company with HQ based in Saudi Arabia looking for a Manager, Learning and Development (L&D) to develop and implement training and development programs and activities leading to the advancement and development of talent at the holding company to promote organizational learning and capability building across all levels.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and assess the employees training and development needs through training needs analysis, job analysis, and appraisal schemes and produce a resourced and budgeted annual training plan based on needs identified for individuals, teams, and organization's vision and mission.
- Design and execute customized programs and initiatives in the areas of global talent management, long term development, personal development, technical training, executive development, competency development, assessment and feedback, mentorship program, Saudi national development to improve employee and organizational capability to achieve business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement career development programs to develop talents from within the workforce to assume supervisory / managerial responsibilities.
- Develop organization's annual training plan in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) results and the organizational learning strategy.
- Develop and prepare course content and support materials as per the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training plan as required to build organization's internal capabilities.
- Manage the training program review process to ensure the evaluation of program quality and the incorporation of employees feedback towards program/trainers/facilitators to maintain ongoing optimization of development solutions.
- Manage and follow up with the training providers and maintain a database of curriculum, materials, and personnel training records.
- Review, assess and select external vendors and service providers to ensure the provision of quality developmental support.
- Manage the end-to-end annual performance appraisals process in liaison with the relevant functions.
- Plan and execute a strategy for utilizing e-learning solutions to ensure optimal outreach for employees in an optimized, cost effective and consistent manner.
Key Skills and Qualifications required:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
- Must have minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management with a focus on Talent Management and Learning and Development.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in talent development and learning management systems (LMS).
- Expertise in designing and implementing effective training programs, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and instructional design.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
