Job Purpose
The Rewards Manager is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive rewards strategy for Red Sea Global (RSG), ensuring that it aligns with strategic business goals and maintains market competitiveness. This role involves enhancing existing compensation and benefits programs, including base and variable pay, health, retirement, wellness, and recognition programs, with the aim of attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.
Job Responsibilities
Functional/Technical Responsibilities
- Translate the rewards strategy into operational business plans and monitor their execution to achieve HR objectives and deliver on company strategy.
- Managing compensation strategies, conducting compensation reviews, implementing salary increases, and overseeing special compensation tools and solutions.
- Prepare materials for the NRC and senior management, framing key rewards and compensation topics to improve information flow and support decision-making.
- Develop medium to long-term compensation strategies to meet RSG's current and future needs, conducting studies on total rewards, variable pay, and functional pay differentiation.
- Drive consistency in compensation-related communications and management strategies across all RSG functions, collaborating with Senior Management, NRC, HR, and other departments.
- Oversee complex compensation programs and engage external consultants for specific project needs.
- Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to remain competitive and compliant with legal standards.
- Ensure effective administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, including integration and communication of benefits information.
- Develop tools to assist employees in selecting benefits and guide managers through compensation decisions.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
- Ensure Rewards policies meet legal requirements and best practices, and are clearly communicated.
- Develop and implement improvements in Rewards policies, recommending changes to enhance functionality.
- Follow functional policies, processes, and procedures to maintain consistency and control in Rewards operations.
- Prepare accurate functional MIS reports to meet organizational requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the Rewards function by leveraging international best practices to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or any related field
- Minimum of 8 to 9 years of experience in a similar position
