Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Alignment team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Integrate efforts across acquisition, retention, and conversion to maximize impact.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including account managers, strategic planners, creative professionals, and digital specialists.
- Act as the key communication bridge between consultants, creative, and social media teams.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the team meets client objectives with quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
Operational Efficiency
- Implement efficient processes to drive collaboration among marketing, media, analytics, and creative teams.
- Manage workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
Financial Management
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within the project scope.
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs across all teams (Media, Social Media, Creative, Strategy) to ensure goals are met.
- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to the CEO.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years in marketing, with a focus on large-scale projects and cross-functional team management in the Saudi market.
- Skills: Leadership, budget management, strategic thinking, and digital marketing tools expertise.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic is essential.
