Assume the full accountability on achieving the target reimbursements and patient access objectives as identified by Menarini-Stemline in the geographical scope. The main responsibility is as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Develop / Customize and implement a country / sector / account-tailored access & commercial strategy which focuses on every stakeholder's aspirations & needs to match local market conditions and achieve company access and commercial objectives and KPIs
- Developing an engagement with key payers, HCPs, influential bodies, pharmacists and KOLs:
-Initiating and maintaining contact with all identified horizon and stakeholders groups
-Understanding the information needs of each while communicating this internally and working cross-functionally to ensure that these needs are meet.
-Develop / customize and communicate Menarini / Stemline's products value propositions that provide solutions to customers in terms of safety, efficacy, and overall effectiveness.
-Develop compelling solutions to customers issues for different therapy areas.
-Developing and implementing mutually beneficial strategies / initiatives in the respective therapeutic areas with health authorities in both public and private sectors aimed at presenting
-Menarini / Stemline as a real partner to health care decision makers and providers in order to secure preferred formulary positioning for Stemline portfolio, achieve / enhances reimbursement of Menarini / Stemline's products and extend patient access to target patient populations.
-Develop relationships with and drive demand / transition in assigned accounts.
- Acts as advisor to the cross functional Team in directing / allocations of resources and investments across functions for products / customer segments in accordance with best ROI outcomes to ensure accurate qualitative and quantitative input into Budgets and brand Planning.
- Conduct market / account analyses to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.
- Build and manage internal / external relationships involving all stakeholders and influential bodies. Including KOLs, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy directors, drug planning & supply and procurements.
- Partnering with Marketing Teams to understand strategic franchise and brand imperatives and develop access objectives.
- Anticipating changing payer landscape by building and maintaining robust knowledge of market maps
- Conducting payer research if needed to address specific access issues for products.
- Develop and execute appropriate pricing and contracting strategies:
-Development / establishment and implementations of appropriate and effective methodology for procurements in order to ensure maximization of access.
-Development and implementation of the brand competitive pricing strategy as well as evaluating pricing alternatives such as VBC, outcome-based access schemes and other types of financial access schemes.
-Understand government priorities which have the potential to impact on market access.To include a monitoring brief for the development of new policies and/or changes to current policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Essential) - Post Graduate degree in business administration, Health technology assessment / Health economics (Desirable)
- Candidate will have a science or a science related degree
Experience
- At least 7 years experience and track records of working in healthcare industry for a specialty care role ideally oncology in multinational pharmaceutical company, with multinational pharmaceutical company is a must.
- At least 3 years of Market access experience in healthcare industry and for a specialty care field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with oncology and optionally with additional rare disease experience.
- Significant customer facing experience in the Pharma industry.

- Good level of clinical knowledge.
