Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Market Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and marketing technologies to optimize our lead generation processes and maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, conduct and execute comprehensive market research, lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into customers.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and threats.
  • Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build HORECA portfolio development and maximize total brands performance.
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic, etc.) to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management and nurturing processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend innovative strategies that enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in a similar role with a strong focus on lead generation and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
