Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, conduct and execute comprehensive market research, lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into customers.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and threats.
- Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build HORECA portfolio development and maximize total brands performance.
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic, etc.) to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management and nurturing processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend innovative strategies that enhance our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in a similar role with a strong focus on lead generation and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
