Job Description

Job Summery:
Determine the objectives to be achieved from each marketing channel, commensurate with the audience and the target group. The manager also oversees the planning of the strategy followed with all elements of digital marketing, whether it is social media platforms, sponsored advertising, search engine optimization, email campaigns, and others. The manager reviews performance and progress in each direction to improve results monthly and make them in favor of the company and turn into qualified sales and customers. He is responsible for preparing and developing digital marketing strategies for the institution to help achieve long-term goals, and the job needs in-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques and the use of various marketing channels, as well as providing creative ideas that maintain a strong presence of the institution on the Internet, which helps to improve the image of the institution, gain customer confidence and reach new customers.
Job description:
Preparing and building a digital marketing strategy.
Lead and manage the creativity and marketing team within the organization.
Manage all digital marketing channels such as (websites, blogs, emails, social networks)
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare advertising budgets.
Developing advertising campaigns to reach target customers and achieve a high level of interaction.
Supervise the Foundation's accounts on social networks.
Manage and optimize content on websites taking into account SEO and website data analysis.
Follow up on sales performance and provide the best solutions to increase the percentage of sales of the institution.
Collaborate with production, procurement, design and sales managers to increase customer satisfaction and provide an appropriate strategy.
Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Monitor competition and submit creative ideas.
Follow up on the latest developments in digital technology periodically.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Bachelor's degree in related disciplines, such as media, marketing and business administration is preferred.
Ability to manage all digital marketing channels.
Strong knowledge of online marketing tools, best solutions and practices.
Proficiency in dealing with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics and hands-on experience management with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics and CRM.
Understand the rules and basics of website design.
Possess analytical and project management skills.
Ability to manage the work team and communicate (written and oral)
Possess critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Communicate skills and ability to handle data.
The ability to analyze competitors and the needs of the company and determine their position from them and the marketing direction that should be adopted.
Observe and pay attention to the most important performance indicators for the ability to compare different periods and improve.
Plan and organize marketing strategies for each tool and launch each project in a timely manner.
