Summary:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and providing insights to clients.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing initiatives, offering innovative solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients based on their needs and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
