Responsibilities:

Client Support:

Ensure that client inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
Prepare regular reports for management on account status, performance, and opportunities.
