Marketing Advanced Analytics Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

To drive revenue growth, cost optimization and enhance customer experience through the development and application of machine learning and Advanced Analytical models. By effectively segmenting customers and predicting behavior, the role aims to support the commercial departments in targeting and retaining customers, while also providing insights to enhance the company's product and service portfolio.

Create yearly team plan. Evaluate team members performance and provide guidance.

Create Initiatives and new projects to serve the purpose of the role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Developing & prototyping ML Models for Revenue Growth and Customer Experience Enhancement

2. Utilizing Python & SQL for Analysis, problem definition and Model Creation

3. Evaluation and approval of Machine Learning Models

4. Stakeholder Engagement and Presentation

5. Supervise colleagues and provide mentorship

6. Evaluate and monitor evaluation of team members

7. Recruit and lead team members

8. Initiate new initiative and projects
