Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing and Advertising Manager to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.


Major Duties and Responsibilities


• High experience in Digital Marketing

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations

• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence

• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics

• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distributionÂ

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expense

• Assist in content creation for international and local sales, content to be developedÂ

• association with senior operations management…

• Helping in Implementation of content in REC website and digital media, and e‐fliers

• Helping in implementation of content in print (PDF brochures), newsletters,

• Assist in planning, implementation and management of social media and vis Prom

campaigns

• Assist in Marketing Campaigns development and Related CRMs documentation of

• campaigns in association with Senior operations staff. This responsibility involves the full

• marketing cycle, from identification and buildup of the suitable international exhibitors’

• data bases, for each show, plus actual campaigns implementation

• • International Marketing support: Assist in marketing to Key related stakeholders in addition to

• exhibitors and visitors‐ including: via zoom meetings and field visits to, embassies located in

• Kingdom, export promotion agencies, trade associations, agents, trade publications, etc…

• • International network of trade publications / Trade digital media marketing: via barter

• arrangements (we will explain our system in great detail)

• • International sales communications support and country management with additional bonus

• ‐ Country Management with incentive

a.      Evaluating and filing of marketing content to build on easily from season to season (too un organized at this time),Â

b.      planning ahead and meeting deadlines,Â

c.       controlling budgets,Â

d.      multi-tasking,Â

e.      much better social media management and effectiveness,Â

f.       building the inhouse team skills, and avoiding third parties  to help her.

g.      Advanced Budget planning and control


•       Have the ability to develop and implement the organization's social media strategy, including marketing plans that leverage social media outlets.

•       Know how to allocate budgets for each platform.Â

•       Updating every month, the social calendar and supporting me with the content.Â

•       Support me during the show on releasing the PROMO videos and posting during the event.

•       Support the marketing team with some sponsorship and feature exhibitors interviews.Â

•       Define the most important social media KPIs.

•       Know how to measure the success of every social media & Digital campaign.
