MCG are partnered with a client in Kuwait to find a Marketing and Communications Manager with a background in construction.
A background in construction or similar industries would be highly advantageous. Arabic is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its brand image.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital content for the company's website, blogs, newsletters, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content that engages and informs the audience.
- Ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized and adheres to best practices.
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase the company's online presence and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to improve performance and reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews to promote the company's initiatives and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital content and social media.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Experience in media relations and public relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
