Marketing Assistant (UAE National)
Overview
Parsons Corporation is looking for a highly organized and ambitious assistant to join the MEA Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience contributing to a digitally enabled solutions provider, focused on creating the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; ideally in marketing, public relations, or communication
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Good business English and general office practice skills
- Creative approach to communication and brand awareness
- Knowledge of MS Office products
Responsibilities
- Participates in formation of marketing strategy and assists with execution of all facets of the marketing plan
- Gathers and organizes information from many sources, coordinates priorities with the manager, transmits the data to the appropriate support group for review, word processing or graphics design work
- Manages deliverable schedules and immediately notifies the manager of potential delays
- Provides support to, and may perform research for, the Marketing Manager in the preparation of marketing and communication campaigns
- Participates in resource planning to enable the marketing group to meet all production milestones
- Produces marketing and promotional materials
- Assists with day-to-day marketing and communication activities, supporting both internal and external communication, to include social media campaigns, speaking engagements, presentations, exhibitions, recruitment activities, etc.
- Assists with Marketing and Communications activities as required by Marketing Manager and Senior Management
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
