Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Coordinate with internal teams such as Marcom, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless marketing efforts
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them when appropriate
Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and effectively
Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
Coordinate with agencies and third party agencies and handlers in order to secure a smooth and efficient work flow and maintain smooth deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, websites CMS)
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Management, Google Search Console)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
