We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Communications Executive Intern with a strong background in design to join our team and contribute to our marketing efforts.
Job overview
As a Marketing and Communications Executive Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Director of Communication & Marketing in executing various projects, activities and events, both for internal and external stakeholders. Design, photography and video skills will be necessary to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in marketing strategies, communications, and design within an international, multi-cultural and corporate environment. You will be engaged with various stakeholders and work across functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of communication activities across various channels (digital, print, social media, emails).
Assist in developing regional corporate brand materials
Design visually appealing graphics, social media and marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
Support the creation and editing of written content, including internal news, social media posts, corporate messages
Help manage and update the company's website and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and engagement.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
Coordinate with team members for internal communication assignments
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director of Communication & Marketing
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
Basic knowledge of web design and content management systems is a plus.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Understanding and interest in brand management and brand development
