As our Ecomm Officer (Influencer, Community, and Affiliate Program Officer), you will be at the heart of our marketing strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing relationships with influencers, engaging our community, and driving our affiliate program. This role is working directly with the CMO of the company, giving you insights in the newest eco-friendly startup in the Middle East.
Our community is the heart of our brand, and we are looking for someone to take care of it! As our brand voice, youll strategize and communicate with industry influencers, promote our affiliate program with the right audience, and create and attend events to raise awareness about sustainability.
What youll do:
- In this role youll work closely with the CMO, strategizing ways to make Baya the leading eco-friendly company in the region, with a strong community and influencer base. You will be happy to use your communication skills daily by engaging and reaching out to new community members, support, organize and strategize partnerships with influencers, ensure delivery of products to influencers and briefings for specific campaigns, and negotiate terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers who align with our brand values. Develop and execute influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
Community Engagement: Plan and execute community events that resonate with our audience, both online and offline. Foster a sense of community and engagement through creative initiatives and regular interaction.- Affiliate Program Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow our affiliate network. Recruit new affiliates, manage contracts, and create promotional materials. Monitor affiliate performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

- Extensive knowledge with all things Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), including Tik Tok
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with our community members- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong project management abilities, and a creative mindset. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Well organized, great time management and a result-driven person
- Self-starter, strategic thinker, and team player. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
