We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence, coordinating exhibition events, and driving social media initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, website development, and experience working with distribution companies or vendors in the consumer electronics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the company's website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and aligning with overall brand strategies.
- Coordinate exhibition events, from planning and logistics to execution, to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Utilize advertising expertise to strategically place the company's content and ensure a prominent position in search engine results.
- Work independently to ideate and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distribution companies and vendors in the consumer electronics sector.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs related to lead management, such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI of lead generation campaigns.
- Conceptualize and plan marketing campaigns aligning with business goals, target audience insights, and product offerings, ensuring a coherent strategy across channels.
- Measure campaign performance KPIs, using analytic tools to track engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on website development, social media management, advertising, and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in coordinating exhibition events and working with distribution companies or vendors in the consumer electronics sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) with the ability to link activities to KPIs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.
