Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with our company's goals.
- Manage both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effective, innovative, and within budget.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop messaging and positioning that highlights our technology solutions unique advantages.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, from website to hard-copy giveaways.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing communications campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Handle our digital identity activities, social media presence, and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Conduct and analyze market research to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min of 12 Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Officer or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with traditional marketing methods such as events, sponsorships, and public relations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
- Confident in producing and presenting all types of marketing materials.
