Known for our exceptional craftsmanship and heritage, we are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate our brand and expand our reach in the luxury market.

Job Description:

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brands values of luxury, exclusivity, and craftsmanship. This role will focus on increasing brand visibility through traditional and digital marketing, including social media, PR, and collaborations, while maintaining the elegance and exclusivity that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies to build brand awareness and increase engagement with target audiences.
  • Manage content creation for all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and printed materials.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content, working closely with photographers, designers, and copywriters to ensure all materials reflect the brands luxury positioning.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, print, etc.) to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message.
  • Lead brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and PR efforts to increase visibility in the luxury and jewelry sectors.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring a strong return on investment for campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics, create reports, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury market and how to engage high-net-worth individuals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and refined brand narratives.
    • Experience managing digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
    • Proven ability to manage creative teams and external agencies.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, media outlets, and influencers in the luxury and jewelry sectors.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy.
    • Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and jewelry is a must.
    • That you have some kind of knowledge with graphic designing
