Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director at Ali Alkhajeh Developments located in Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Director will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing, and sales.

*Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

2. Oversee all marketing activities including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

5. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

6. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

7. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

*Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

4. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

5. In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and techniques, including digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing.

6. Experience in budget management and forecasting.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
