Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This pivotal leadership role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to design marketing plans that align with broader business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Campaign Management: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Analyze performance data to optimize future initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels. Work with the creative team to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the company's values.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative strategies to connect with target audiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment that supports professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Regularly track expenditures and provide budget updates to the Commercial Director.
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the hospitality or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead teams, think strategically, and execute complex marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing and brand management expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead diverse teams.
- A self-motivated leader focused on achieving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Additional Information:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM software, analytics tools, content management systems, etc.).
- Relevant certifications in marketing, sales, or customer service are advantageous.
- Based in World Islands, Dubai (travel availability is essential).
