Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

  • Market Research and Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

    Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align efforts and achieve business goals. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree.

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.

    Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

    Skills:


    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
