Scope and Purpose:
- To support the development and execution of the MEA marketing communication and activity plan, which includes:
- Company + market communications [internal + external]
- Trade events, seminars
- Sales enablement collaterals
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the annual marketing communication plan, working with marketing and sales community, aligning on business focus and strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain sales enablement collaterals including presentation templates, newsletters, whitepaper promotions, etc., in collaboration with regional and global organizations.
- To produce copywrite and designs for all internal and external communication, through different channels including Salesforce, Partner Portal, Yammer, Company Intranet, email campaigns, etc.
- Proactively support communications within various channels; traditional, industry specific, social media (online).
- Implement and maintain brand and corporate guidelines for Middle East & Africa (MEA), in alignment with regional and global marketing organization.
- As part of the marketing team, represent the MEA region within the global marketing organization, actively participating to gain insights, provide inputs and help drive the regional communication strategy.
- Support market research needs as required, particularly with market segment insights on sizing, macroeconomic influences, and industry trends.
- Support the development of annual event plan, including trade shows, speaking opportunities and/or identify participation needs across MEA
- Support the execution of the annual event plan, including organizational support and post-event surveys and reporting.
- Work actively across the MEA country offices to align the MEA communication plan, gain inputs from the market and support on the ground initiatives.
- Maintain the regional document repository.
Qualifications:
- Marketing related bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with at least 3 years work-related experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Highly organized, can set and adhere to deadlines, with the ability to work across several projects/ assignments at one time.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, works well in a small high performing team, and will support on an as needed basis to get the job done.
- Software application includes basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (with focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), video editing, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce as a plus.
- Ideally native English speaker; knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a plus.
