We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to play an important part in driving our growth. You will be passionate about finding new and effective ways to gain positive attention for MishiPay and improve our sales pipeline which includes retailers in UAE and US.
This role will suit you if youre looking for a varied role in which you'll be able to flex all of your marketing muscles. We'd love you to have at least two years Marketing experience in a SME or startup, ideally brand/retail related, a creative mindset,, assisting with event planning and execution, digital advertising and content generation and very strong written English. You must be able to thrive in a busy, energetic startup where every day is different. This role entails both offline and online Marketing responsibilities, so youll have experience of both, a can-do attitude and be happy to roll your sleeves up!
Reporting directly to our COO, you will:
Generate content for our website and social channels - from videos through to whitepapers
Help to manage our trade show/events calendar and organize our trade show participation
Support our retail clients and help to grow their user base by recommending campaigns and user journeys that drive app usage. Advise on PoS and other instore material and content.
Create presentations, award entries, and further assist the sales team with research and ideas
Generate internal and external newsletters
Keep abreast of market developments and inform the product and sales teams monthly of key developments
Take an active role in developing our digital presence - from PPC campaigns to SEO and everything in-between
You'll have:
At least two years experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally retail
A passion and understanding of the retail eco system
A strong command of the written word
An analytical mindset (and be data driven)
Experience of digital advertising
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects, while staying calm and collected
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint and Excel
Experience of website content management systems
Experience managing social media channels, email marketing and using Mailchimp (or similar)
Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
Some understanding of PPC, SEO and Google Analytics
