haus & haus are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Lead to plan, co-ordinate, implement and oversee various campaigns in support of the Residential Sales and Leasing departments in the haus & haus Group.
Our ideal candidate will work with Sales Directors and the Senior Leadership team to understand business needs and client requirements, then develop integrated campaigns to meet their objectives. They will also collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Creative Director to recommend and manage brand and lead generation programmes to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outline a detailed Marketing Strategy for the Sales, Leasing and Property Management departments in line with the haus & haus Marketing Plan, with the goal of meeting monthly lead targets and driving business growth.
- Develop concepts for campaigns, content creation, sales enablement (asset development) and lead management within the plan.
- Manage the implementation, monitoring, assessment and reporting of campaign performance in line with agreed KPIs.
- Lead weekly meetings with Sales Directors and Senior Agents to provide updates on performance and recommendations.
- Engage regularly with the Sales team to develop a strong understanding of their needs and ensure the effective alignment of marketing programmes from concept to sale.
- Work with the extended marketing team to integrate campaign-related content production, brand and reputation programmes, client communications, social engagement and internal communications.
- Oversee the development of daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance of campaigns ensuring they generate leads and strong ROI.
- Lead monthly results and asset reviews, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
You will need:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent 5+ years of related experience in demand/lead generation sales and marketing or related fields
- Demonstrated success in developing effective marketing plans and driving business results
- Detailed understanding of digital marketing tools, such as Meta Ads Management, Google Ads, and latest digital marketing practices.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
