As part of A1 Properties continued growth and expansion, We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Technical SEO, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and will be able to create strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness.

This position is exclusively for candidates with Real Estate experience. Only those with a strong drive to succeed should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management.
  • Develop and execute all campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Technical SEO:

  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and on-page elements for improved SEO performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Ads Execution and Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI goals.
  • Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, and social media.
  • Oversee the Google Ads accounts for the group, ensuring the campaigns are well-targeted, optimized, and delivering strong ROI.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, focusing on maximizing performance metrics such as ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to turn organic traffic into a steady lead conversion stream.
  • Work with Salesforce & ABM tools to integrate and streamline marketing efforts with the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and test new digital channels to improve or exceed key performance metrics.
  • Direct and coordinate with external agencies to meet campaign goals and ensure performance marketing KPIs are achieved.
  • Manage and mentor a Performance Marketing Executive, ensuring effective campaign execution and development.
  • Lead social media advertising initiatives aimed at driving user adoption and brand growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, channel efficiency, and other marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and other tools.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, offer conversion funnel enhancements, and share actionable recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting of key channel performance metrics, budgets, and overall progress toward business goals.
  • Manage Email marketing, remarketing, nurturing and remarketing campaigns in marketing platform.
  • Manage landing pages, A/B split testing and ongoing conversion rate optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably real estate industry, handling supervisory position, or an agency experience handling the entire marketing function of various clients.
  • Understanding of the various social media tools.
  • Personality: results driven, very well organized, individual contributor, detail oriented, knows how to re-prioritize.
  • Should have proficiency in English written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and power point.
  • Experience with marketing analysis and technical knowledge of web analytics.
  • Proven ability to build effective marketing programs that generate results.
