Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce and Traffic Acquisition Specialist to drive our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in increasing web traffic through various digital marketing strategies, possess certification in Google Ads, and have proven experience in traffic acquisition on Google Ads. This role is critical for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and achieving our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and increase conversion rates.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media to achieve marketing objectives.
Manage Google Ads Campaigns:
- Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve results.
Traffic Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies specifically aimed at increasing web traffic, both organic and paid.
- Identify and leverage traffic sources to drive high-quality visitors to the website.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing to acquire traffic.
Increase Web Traffic:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase organic and paid web traffic.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and report on traffic and campaign performance.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility and user experience.
Content Creation and Management:
- creation the high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other professionals to produce marketing materials that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
Partnerships and Collaborations:

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in traffic acquisition is essential.
- Certifications: Certification in Google Ads is required.
