Promote our property and services during events
Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
Advertise our company and property/services on various media
Produce marketing copy for our website
Send regular newsletters with company updates
Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients queries
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Develop lead generation campaign/program strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
Execute an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation, including emails and content.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Cultivate a solid body of work
Take the design brief to record requirements of company needs
Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present the ideas
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
