Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Bildits goals.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social, email, and content marketing.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI locally & globally,
- Inform the business of the latest marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated.
- Lead the relationship with our creative & communication agencies.
- Drive efforts to enhance brand identity and oversee packaging design updates to ensure a compelling, on-brand visual appeal.
- Oversee website updates, UX/UI improvements, and optimization for user engagement and conversions.
- Develop and manage partnerships with influencers and oversee PR campaigns to build brand visibility and credibility.
- Coordinate in-store marketing efforts and conduct regular store visits to ensure effective brand representation and promotional activity.
- Organize and manage events, including product launches, trade shows, and community outreach, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital, social media, influencer marketing, and content best practices and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a startup environment.
- In-house brand-building experience is a plus
