Job Description

Job Summary

Bildits is seeking a passionate and seasoned Marketing Manager to join our thriving team. This role calls for a candidate with 6-8 years of experience and a proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns. You will be a key player in driving our marketing strategy, managing all marketing channels, and leading the relationship with our communication agencies. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Bildits goals.
  2. Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social, email, and content marketing.
  3. Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various platforms.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on the performance, providing key insights and recommendations.
  5. Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI locally & globally,
  6. Inform the business of the latest marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated.
  8. Lead the relationship with our creative & communication agencies.
  9. Drive efforts to enhance brand identity and oversee packaging design updates to ensure a compelling, on-brand visual appeal.
  10. Oversee website updates, UX/UI improvements, and optimization for user engagement and conversions.
  11. Develop and manage partnerships with influencers and oversee PR campaigns to build brand visibility and credibility.
  12. Coordinate in-store marketing efforts and conduct regular store visits to ensure effective brand representation and promotional activity.
  13. Organize and manage events, including product launches, trade shows, and community outreach, to promote brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 6-8 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital, social media, influencer marketing, and content best practices and strategies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a startup environment.
  7. In-house brand-building experience is a plus
