Job Title: Marketing ManagerWe are looking for an exceptionally talented, analytical & creative Marketing Manager to manage the entire marketing strategy for EGMA in GCC. As the Marketing Manager, you should have a solid & proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for B2B and B2C markets with a solid hands-on experience and understanding of social media and content creation. In addition, you will be someone with advanced knowledge of growth analytics, conversion funnels, and user engagement & retention life cycle management.
· Marketing Campaign:
Designing, managing, and deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution.
· Digital Marketing:
Manage the company's presence on social media platformsanddirect social media engagement strategy.
· Content Creation:
Oversee the production of content that drives traffic to an organisations website and social media channels.
· Event Planning:
Event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time and budget limits.
· Market research and Surveys:
Performing market research, surveys, and market-related analysis.
· Management:
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, measuring performance and ROI.
Review advertising material for print and digital media.
Manage marketing department employees.
Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing plans, focussing on trade marketing and product launches.External Communications
: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Experience and Skills:
· Strong command of English
· An ability to demonstrate financial acumen and commercial relevance of ROI
· Experience in planning and setting up strategies.
· A high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate with consumers
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement.
· Solid analytical skills to identify and scope opportunities, measure campaign and channel performance, and understand key drivers to optimise results.
· Experience with digital marketing automation software.
· Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
· Knowledge of web publishing.
· Proficiency with SEO tools.
· Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
· Solid Market knowledge regarding content creation and RIO of campaigns.

Experience: 5+ years experience, preferably within FMCG or the retail industry.

Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communication / PR/ Business
·
Driving License: UAE Driving license
