Job Description

Position Summary:The Marketing Manager at DataPatrol will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's brand identity, overseeing social media presence, managing both online and onsite events, and handling the marketing budget. This role will collaborate closely with the contracted company responsible for online and social media marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:


Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
Create and update brand guidelines and ensure their implementation across all marketing materials.

Social Media Management:


Oversee the company's social media presence.
Coordinate with the contracted marketing company to ensure alignment and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms.

Event Management:


Plan, coordinate, and execute online and onsite events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.

Marketing Budget Management:


Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
Monitor and report on budget expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management:


Create, oversee, and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.

Market Research and Analysis:


Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.

Collaboration and Communication:


Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals.
Maintain clear communication with the contracted marketing company to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, brand management, and event planning.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:


Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
