Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies.

- Marketing and Sales Materials: Direct the creative team or agencies in crafting visually captivating marketing assets like brochures, flyers, digital banners, and other promotional items.
- Produce engaging content for a range of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, ads, and press releases.
- Launch digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts to boost online visibility and lead generation.
- Brand Awareness: Roll out initiatives to boost brand recognition and market visibility.
- Design creative campaigns and partnerships to heighten our profile as a premier ultra-luxury property developer in Dubai.
- Event Planning and Promotion: Under the Senior Event Manager's guidance, organize events and property launches to showcase our projects and connect with potential clients, investors, and industry players.
- Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and assess campaign ROI to optimize spending and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven marketing experience in real estate or property development.
- Solid understanding of the luxury industry and luxury marketing.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for creating impactful content and presentations.
