Job Description:

• Manage activation and sponsorship budget effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
• Provide strategic and critical thinking in brand awareness, activation plans, and event selection.
• Design and institutionalize scalable processes to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Measure ROI and strategic value of marketing projects.
• Organize promotional events and coordinate day-of deliveries and staffing.
• Review current marketing campaigns for improvements within budget constraints.
• Analyze website conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions.
• Identify potential new markets and create entry plans.
• Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
• Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase brand visibility.
• Deploy and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Produce engaging content for our website and blog.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
• Oversee and approve marketing materials.
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Update senior leadership on marketing activities and campaign results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Deep geographic knowledge of the market, including cultural drivers.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
