Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Brand / Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function for a well-established Food Retail business in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing within the Restaurants or Food & Beverage industry, with expertise in Digital Marketing, Events Management, communications, Influencer Management, and advertising. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Marketing functions while contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall Marketing operations, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the business objectives of the Food & Beverages sector.
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance, optimizing marketing strategies and ensuring business growth.
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring seamless communication strategies that promote brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience, with at least 8 years within the Food & Beverages or Restaurant industry.
- Proven ability to use data analytics to drive informed decisions and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and paid media channels.
- Experience in enhancing online visibility and customer engagement through data-driven insights.
- Skilled in organizing high-impact events and developing communication strategies to strengthen brand presence.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple brands, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
