Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the marketing strategies in line with business goals and objectives, maximizing revenue growth, integrating marketing campaigns and deliver them with high quality, on-time and on-budget, managing paid media assets and generating insights from research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Work closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure implementation of strategic initiatives and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, achieve KPIs and maximize revenue.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, programmatic, performance marketing and traditional advertising.
Develop compelling key visuals, messages, and media plans to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive customer engagement while ensuring ads optimization.
Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
Build strong customer relationships through effective social media engaging initiatives and email marketing strategies while utilizing customer data and analytics to personalize marketing campaigns and overall enhance customer experience.
Conduct market research to identify customer insights, market trends, brand awareness and competitor strategies.
Utilize data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports and analysis to the Head of Marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, industrial engineering, aviation management or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management or brand management.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Experience with communication campaign development, implementation, and amplification.
Agency management and internal stakeholder engagement.
Advanced skills in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Understanding of brand measurement and insight capturing.
Familiar in using marketing analytical tools to track campaign performance.
