- Role Description(s):Marketing Manager
Managing the Gulf United FC brand & social channels
- Lead the creation of fully integrated, creative campaigns for products and services across all channels to drive engagement and sales in line with brand guidelines
Conception & excution of end-to-end campaigns with the support of the Gulf United Media Team, in line with the brand feel- Generate leads for the four main departments within the club; First Team, Academy, Scholarships and Residential Programme
Supporting our partners and sponsors with creative campaigns and ensuring their brand guidlines are respected within those campaigns.
- To understand the needs of the four main departments within the club; First Team, Academy, Scholarships and Residential Programme
Analyse the performance of the campaigns to ascertain return on investment and inform future campaign decisions, value propositions and channel usage- Ensuring brand guidleines are met across all internal and external communications
Managing the marketing team to deliver marketing strategy and support meeting KPIs.
- Support the Media team in managing their own workload, setting realistic deadlines and managing internal expectations and processes.
Provide creative direction and concise briefs for both the in-house marketing team to ensure the best use of time and budget.- Ensure the Marketing department is fully integrated with other key areas of the business and delivers a coherent, consistent experience, to the highest possible standards, for players, families and fans across all touch points
Identify new product development opportunities to drive innovation and growth for the club
- Exploring new opportunities for international coverage

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience planning and leading campaigns, being organised is key- Knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro etc
- Able to execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.
Ability to translate audience research and insights into powerful recommendations, effective marketing plans, and clear campaign briefs- Skilled in the use of analytical tools to measure campaign performance/effectiveness toward agreed departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Managing budgets, campaign analysis and tracking/monitoring procedures

Past experience working within a marketing enviorment is essential.
