Job Description

  • Design comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on digital channels, especially performance marketing, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Support offline marketing through events, print, and radio.
    • Manage performance marketing efforts, including PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing. Monitor channel incrementality, optimize for LTV/CAC, and control monthly marketing budgets.
    • Lead Furchild's creative vision, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across digital and non-digital touchpoints, including ads, signage, packaging, and experiential elements. Shape the voice and identity of the brand, enhancing its appeal across customer segments.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to align creative and strategic goals, enhancing brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring on-brand, innovative campaigns to life.
    • Oversee content planning for digital and print, and guide the design of in-store materials and product packaging to meet brand standards.
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Implement SEO strategies, lifecycle email marketing, and customer journey mapping to boost organic engagement.
    • Manage a team of creative and marketing professionals, providing mentorship, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring alignment on marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
    • Hands-on experience in creative processes, brand development, and overseeing teams within creative and marketing functions.
    • Proven experience with digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email, social media, and affiliate marketing.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and best practices for data-driven marketing.
    • Strong sense of brand design and storytelling; ability to create visually compelling and cohesive brand elements across platforms.
    • Experience managing creative assets across both retail and digital channels is preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team, with excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee daily workflows, budgets, and deadlines.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, think creatively, and produce innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing brand impact.
