JOB OVERVIEW
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong expertise in various marketing domains, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Implementation: Implement the existing marketing campaign for the 2025 academic intake in line with the company's objectives
- Trend Exploration: Explore emerging marketing trends within the education sector and the broader marketing industry.
- Campaign Management: Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Team Oversight: Oversee an internal team comprising content writers and video producers, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives through successful marketing campaign execution.
- Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, including design, paid advertising, SEO, PR teams, and other relevant vendors.
- Onboard new marketing personnel.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, including optimization.
- University Communication: Communicate with universities for marketing material approval, logos, collaborations (podcasts, webinars, etc.) and anything else that is required
- Email Marketing: To plan, execute, and oversee email marketing campaign to achieve the company's strategic goals and drive engagement
- Regional Marketing: Understand and execute marketing requirements for Glinks branches across the GCC region.
- Event Campaigns: Create campaign material and strategy for the two big fairs of the year, prepared 4-6 months in advance to ensure quality lead registration
- Project Management: To design, execute, and manage the Glinks marketing project on Asana (in accordance with the business objective driven marketing funnel)
- Webinar Strategies: Develop and execute webinar strategies for nurturing leads.
- Content Checks: Ensure content across digital and non-digital platforms is in alignment with the Glinks Branding, in tandem with the content writer.
- Paid Campaigns: Create and execute paid campaign materials.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers through comments, live sessions, and other interactive features to build a loyal community.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Hubspot, Buffer, Metricool).
- Proficient in English - both written and verbal
- Experience with Project Management tools: Asana
