About the role
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, exhibitions, PR, etc).
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives for UAE and KSA.
- Drive the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall vision and mission.
- Create content for press releases, articles, speaking opportunities, and keynote presentations.
- Leverage existing media relationships and build new relationships with media publications and industry media.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis (speaking opportunities, events, podcasts, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and optimise performance.
- Analyse data and insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the Product team to align the UX/UI of our platform with brand voice and look & feel.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing and design professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and ensure team members are equipped with the resources and skills they need to succeed.
- Manage the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positive brand perception across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm and optimize new and existing campaigns.
Your Role in the Transformation
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or food & beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Experience in PR and external communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing data.
- Passionate about the F&B Tech industry and the company's mission.
