Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region's first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.
What you'll do:- Manage the marketing roadmap and align with internal functions on business requirements
- Develop go-to-market strategies alongside the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager and Growth Manager to launch product features to the Saudi audience
- Create content for performance marketing campaigns to support the growth function
- Coordinate with the assigned marketing agencies, freelancers and designers to deliver marketing campaigns for Stake Saudi
- Position Stake as a Saudi-first company whilst localizing the Stake branding and ensuring visuals and messaging are consistent
- Create and execute on 360 brand marketing campaigns with appropriate channels such as outdoor, radio, TV, social and events to ensure top of mind awareness for Stake in Saudi Build the Stake Saudi marketing function from scratch (support will be provided from Stake International)
- Identify potential influencers, podcasts and affiliate opportunities and manage the execution of these relationships
- Conduct target audience research to understand who you will be talking to and how to address their pain points and position Stake as a solution
- Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to deliver co-branded materials and marketing campaigns
- Manage the assigned marketing budget to ensure maximum reach to achieve KPIs
- Align with the Data Analytics team to assess performance and success of campaigns, partnerships and product launches
- Develop ideas for ongoing marketing campaigns and social media content, including conceptualization, campaign KPIs and delivery, and determine budgets accordingly (this includes seasonal holiday campaigns)
- Identify relevant offline events and brand activations that are key in the growth of the business
- Manage event planning and execution at conferences, exhibitions and networking events
- Ensure compliance with the Capital Markets Authority and internal company compliance process and procedures
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role
- A candidate with broad marketing and social media experience
- A candidate who is detail oriented, self-reliant, takes initiative, and comfortable with shifting requirements and expectations
- Someone who shows flexibility and a strong ability to deliver high quality work under pressure and to firm deadlines
- A candidate with a strong knowledge of market trends, and provide guidance where necessary on best practice
- Proactiveness in industry and market research
- Read and write in Saudi dialect
- Fluent in English and Arabic
