Job Summary:
The Marketing & Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the brand identity and market presence of our premium furniture brand across Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This position demands a creative and analytical leader with a passion for luxury brands and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand as a leader in the premium furniture market.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, including seasonal and product-specific campaigns.
Create and implement integrated marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing, to drive brand awareness and sales.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and return on investment (ROI) on all marketing activities.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as advertising, promotions, events, and partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing collateral and sales tools.
Lead the brand's digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Develop and manage content marketing strategies to communicate the brand's value proposition and product offerings effectively.
Manage public relations activities to build and maintain a positive brand image.
Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the development of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Ensure a consistent and premium customer experience across all brand touchpoints, including retail stores, online platforms, and customer service.
Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the marketing department.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as product development, sales, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
